US domestic shipping
All shipping withing the US has a flat rate of $6 for USPS ground shipping. Prices for expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout. Tracking will be provided for domestic orders.
Order fulfillment & shipping time
One-of-a-kind pieces will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 15 days for made-to-order pieces to be shipped. I am typically able to get orders out much faster than this, but 15 days is the latest I will ship it.
Domestic shipping is typically 1-4 days. Shipping delays of course may occur due to weather or other events.
Returns & Exchanges
Generally, we do not accept returns due to sanitary concerns for reselling worn items. However, if you feel there is something wrong with your order, please contact me, and I will do everything I can to make it right (christy@sungladejewelry.com). I may accept returns or exchanges under certain circumstances if the item has not been worn or damaged. You must email me within 14 days of receiving your item for it to be considered for return/exchange.
Sunglade Jewelry is not responsible for items that have been damaged or lost in the mail. Please contact the mail carrier for lost packages.
