Where do you ship your jewelry?

Are you taking custom orders?

Yes! If you are interested in designing your own jewelry design to treasure for years to come, it would me an honor for me to make it for you. Just send an email to christy@sungladejewelry.com. I am will do custom orders for stones I have in stock. Choose between copper, sterling silver, and 14k gold filled for your design.

How long will my purchases take to ship?

One-of-a-kind items will ship within 1-4 business days of your order. Made-to-order items will ship within 15 business days. I usually get them out faster than this, however this will allow me ample time to get orders fulfilled during busy seasons.

How do I properly care for my jewelry?

Both copper and sterling silver will tarnish (oxidize) over time with exposure to air. To slow down this process, store jewelry in an air-tight bag and polish often with provided polishing cloth. Also, keep jewelry away from lotions, oils, perfumes, cleaning products, and cosmetics as these can damage the metal or the stone. Our pieces can last for generations with proper care. How can I know when new pieces are released?

I am always working on new designs to share with you all! Releases of new pieces and collections will first be shared with my VIP email list. Learn more and sign up here. Then, it will be released to everyone on my website. However, be sure to follow my Instagram page where you can see pictures and videos of my pieces before they are released for purchase.
